All the Slim People!!

These videos seem to show that eating unprocessed foods and walking more makes for a healthier body.

These people were going through the Great Depression at the time, and most probably eating only three meals a day at best with little or no snacking. You can learn a lot from watching history.

The Beginning of Bad Eating

I am not an expert but by watching videos of people walking the streets during various time eras, I believe this is when things really started to change when it came to eating and lifestyles. The taking in of more carbohydrates and junk food. In the video below you will notice on average the people are carrying a little extra weight, and they don't have quite as much hustle in their walk as in previous decades. If you doubt me, watch for my next upcoming post "All the Slim People!!".

Getting in Better Shape!

I have lately been finding that there is more light jogging in order to stay in the green zone of my heart monitor. Eventually, there is going to be more jogging all the time to stay there. It's great to be seeing progress in my fitness. 🙂

I'm going to have to watch the color light more to avoid getting into so much blue zone.

Brisk Walked

I took Thomas DeLauer's advice, and did some pure walking while watching the color zone light on my heart monitor. The graph and chart below are what I ended up with when it was over. We will have to see what the results of this will be in time. I'm 193 lb. right now, we'll see if that comes down.

Worked at keeping it in the green as much as possible. 💚

New Way for Me to Look at Cardio

May be able to do this daily, and not have to take at least one day off for recovery.

Aiming for the Green

Biking is proving to be a great way to burn fat as to jogging.

Getting Back on the Stationary Bike

I have been going through my exercise data and realizing that not enough time is being spent in the fat burning zone. When going for walk & jogging exercise, I end up in the aerobic and anaerobic zones most of the time. Cycling seems to be easier to stay in the fat burning zone, it is also a low impact exercise so there should be no interference with the road work.

A lot more staying in the green zone. 👍
